Less than 48 hours notice
For a cancellation made with less than 48 hours notice, we are unable to offer a refund for your event. We will always do our best to work with you to transfer your event to a future date, subject to availability.
Failure to attend or same day cancellation
If a booking fails to show with no notice, or same day notice, we are unable to offer a refund for your event.
A cancellation on our end
If we need to cancel an event for any reason, all customers will be offered a full refund or alternative date.
